Star Trek XI, Second Impressions poll

I didn't mind the Enterprise in-film (hey, did you know it's apparently 2500 feet long?) but that first picture is really, really striking. Prototype, maybe?

I don't know where it really came from.  I found it on a star trek trailer site, but one of the most amazing ships I have seen.  I personally like the new ship they used, but I don't like the style they used for that time period.

the new ship (second ship) has curves reminiscent of the 50s chevys.

Dud thats what I was tellin my friend.  It looks too much like a hot rod.  The first one looks much more like the original connie, tho they never said the new ship was constitution class .

but in all fairness the second one does retain a semblance to the refitted constitution. the first one would make for a good non-refit Ent.

wherever the first ship is from, it really looks GREAT, not so "overdesigned" as the one in the movies. though i liked the movie very well ^^
