It's called the Warp Delta, the original design for the triangle ship. Check the 'Unnamed Earth starships' page on Memory Alpha.

When I saw "title sexquence", I thought something dirty and inappropriate, yet appropriately funny was going to be in this post.  But instead, I had to listen to the Enterprise theme song again.

I had just figured it was a warp2, 3, or 4 ?? class ship they had built before they got to the NX class.  sorta like the ones seen escorting enterprise back after the xindi conflict.
