Star Trek Deep Space Nine The Fallen Convergence Modificatio

This is a really cool mod but at one point Worf has no explosives yet he has explosive objectives. I saw a 'let's play' of this mod and he had explosives but on mine he didn't. Any reason? Am I missing a patch or something?
