Which Enterprise would it be modeled after though? They change the bridge and ship design practically every movie.

The concept pictures look like it would have been of the TOS movies era.

Yeah but which one? Star Trek the Motion Picture was vastly different than Star Trek II which was different than Star Trek V which I think was the last movie to be released in the 80s. I can't remember if ST III was different than STII or not.

The same filming model was used for all of the films. Exterior differences were due to differences in paint, minor detailing (specifically battle damage), and lighting.

Interior set differences come from different producers and directors wanting different feels for the various parts of the ship. Many of the major sets (bridge, sickbay, transporter room, etc) were redresses of sets that had been built for The Motion Picture, and element changes in them can be explained in-universe as the result of refits, upgrades, and whatnot in the years after the launches of the refit and the Enterprise-A.

I get all that stuff. But if they say make the bridge the same as the motion picture then you are going to have people saying that they should have used the bridge from ST2 instead because it was a better movie. Other people would say that you should stick with the bridge of the first movie. I just see a lot of headaches from deciding which sets to use from which movies. Then of course you have movies later on like ST6 which once again had yet another different bridge. Honestly if they were going to do it they would have been better off just making the TOS ship as it was consistent and didn't change nearly as much over time.
