got a friend in paramount says in 2007 voyager/DS9 movie with picard dies and janeway is in command of the fleet against third borg invasion since she is the biggest authority on borg now, only the romulans have a secret aliance and its up to the defiant and crew to stop the aliiance from happening by going on covert mission to romulan territory and getting bak to defend earth in time

the romulans are streched thin and the borg have turned on them to corner the federation and the federaton has cptured a tanswarp conduit. this is where B4 comes in,he needs to help get trans warp working for siskos fleet before the borg kill the roms and overwhelm janeways fleet thuss surounding earth and ending all hope for earth(p.s. thismovie feautures the new borg aurmor and a new flag ship the Enterprise-F (janeways new ship)

some minor details i didnt include
kira is kia thnks to her beings good friends with sisko the emmisary and connection to the changling who lived on the wormhole wich is supposedly the celestial temple, she pray to the profits to bring sisko bak or something. Also, Odo trys to convince the dominion to help the federation and they decide not to, until borg probes start reching thier territory

as picard has died, janewy is the new authority with her knowledge of borg srtategies and such she is put in command of the defence fleet

And I find the storyline unlikely though plausible during the reign of terror known as B&B
