How strong are borg drones?

I was just thinking how enhanced borg drones are. I'm sure there are lots of instances where borg drones are stronger than most humanoids, and can even overpower strong klingons sometimes. But in Descent, Geordi says they can't move any faster over land than humans. Are they super buff in their arms and then the collective decided the legs were good enough already?

Well, the Borg don't usually need to run...they use transporters if they require that much distance.

A drone never runs. They are confident that they will get the target regardless and are not in any particular hurry.

... but to continue: Borg drones have personal shields, are enhanced with robotic components, can see in the dark yadadad... not to mention they can survive in a vacuum without radiation/other advanced suits, can lift heavy machinary easily...
