Chronology of Episodes/Films

I was just wondering, across the 5 series and 10 films, how they would fit together if you wanted to watch every canon footage of Star Trek from the earliest stardate to the latest, with leeway to allow things to make sense.
Obviously you would watch ENT first up until the last episode, then TOS, TMP-STVI, (would anyone here bother watching the first 20 mins of generations then watching the rest after TNG? and also when would you watch "These are the voyages..."?) TNG.

But after TNG season 6, I'm not very sure how DS9 and VOY fit in with TNG and the films :/
I've looked on memory alpha but its hard to get a conclusive idea about it.

As far as I know, Generations happened in the middle of DS9 & First Contact was during the Dominion War (going by the dates in Memory Alpha).

In the first episode of DS9 season 4, Worf speaks of the destruction of the Enterprise D, and how he misses it. O'Brian also tells him he's sure they'll "build another one", a reference surely to the Enterprise E. First Contact occurs during some unspecified time. If it were me, I would watch First Contact a short time after they introduce the grey uniforms.

I tried looking at the Stardates as well as the year.

By Memory Alpha, First Contact is in 2373 (Stardate 50893), while the D-War begins with the Second Battle of DS9 in 2373 (Stardate 50975.2).

If you guys were planning what I suggested (I.e. watch every canon episode/film of ST in some discernible order), what order what you watch the individual series/episodes in?

EDIT: I reckon I would definitely watch everything else before VOY: Living Witness, just to give that sense that time has passed.
