Captain Proton to the rescue!!

So I'm on season 5 of Voyager, and I just saw the Captain Proton episode, and I gotta say....it was a good change of pace.  I don't think Voyager is that bad, even in the later seasons.  The one complaint I have is Captain Janeway.  She is a friggin idiot.  She tries to push her point of view on anyone and everyone.  And if anyone dares to cross her, she tries to kill them, punish them, put them in the brig, etc.  She's an idiot.  Anyway, just felt like saying I liked the episode.

And Kirk was different how?  Oh yes, he just slept with the aliens to get his point of view across.
