hes not a modder.

I have thought of it, but FO borg are awesome, and the next patch will make them awesomer, so who really needs the 7 year old mod?  It was really great in its time, but now it is old.

I tried it once or twice back then, but that TC never worked for me.

Same here. I think that was the one with build times larger than a FO Cube for every ship, which is not good for going against AI enemies with stock build times and spamming habits.

Was there one made for all of A2? The Federation-only one is the only one I remember.
