well for starters my previos post. lol the one with the Images and text? From the Cannon magazine. lol two i have a goten this from,

http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/schemati...leet_ships2.htm

2) Pre-production drawings of the Sovereign class show a saucer separation. In separated mode, the quantum torpedo tube/captain's yacht is connected to the engineering hull. This configuration is also reproduced in the parts of the AMT/Ertl model kit. It is unlikely, however, that the ship is actually separable.

Note the last sentence cant not be sadi to be cannon becouse it was not said by any one in the ST franchise, BUT also note that the model was made to look seperatible. that is cannon.

I would like to see your proof as you ahve not given any. all you say is that there is lack of proof that seperatoin is true...but i have given the proof.

Theres no proof showing it has separation and all the proof needed to show it cannot separate. Have you ever seen a game where it can separate? I'm guessing no, therefore chances are it can't separate. You seem bent on a hope that is all but impossible. Resistance is futile, canonism will prevail.

I actually don't click on others links usually, and when I do rarly look around. Just tell me why you think the Sovern can separate (and make it good because so far all you've given is crap) and show me, because I really think your wrong and I WILL go to the end of the earth to show you i'm right. It's in the job discription.

this is the article exactly from Star Trek:Magazine. why  why did they cancel it

HIDDEN ABILITY

John also took the trouble to work out exactly how the E's saucer would separate, even though this had never been mentioned in the script. " I just knew that the saucer separation was part of it. I figured that was something that always had to happen, and I wanted to make sure it had been worked out beforehand. So it's already been established where the separation line and the break lines should be.
"I wanted the two parts of the ship to look very indepenant of each other and not as if they had to be together. I drew a version with the saucer off where it looks like kind of a retro dart. I wanted that part of the ship to look very fast but also aggressive."
For all the changes, John says still has many, many traces of Matt Jefferies original design. "There was a lot of stuff I wanted to keep from the old ship. There were two triangles on the saucer, which I found out later were supposedly landing gear, and the big scoop on the back. Even though we had to change the ship, I wanted to show that these things still exist.

I read your posts, how could we be having this convo if I didn't? I said, like I said the first time, that I don't usually click on links. I think you should have been able to convence me easier had the Sovern actually ever had separation.
