That's Prelude to War from Battlestar Galactica as far as I know

It is. The music in the vid begins with the ending of the song. Last 2 min or so I'm guessing. The beginning of the song doesn't sound like that I think... I think the middle of the vid is actually the beginning of the song. It was probably on a loop.

The artist is Bear McCreary. Battlestar Galactica. Season 2.
