Are you on PC? And what do you mean by "going down all the time"? Do you mean it just starts moving down and you have no control. As I recall, the up/down controls are reversed like a joystick, so 'w' is pitch down and 's' is pitch up.

the ship goes down by default. Sometimes uncontrollably sometimes I can pitch up without problem, I don't have any mods on and I tried reinstalling it several times loading it as admin and put the 1.1 patch. Is it just me or is anyone else have this problem.
I have widows 7 if it has anything to do with it.

Hmm, thats interesting.  It actually sounds like a bug I"ve seen in a2 with physics.

If I were you, I would try and install a mod like Aftermath that will let you play the original campaign.  Then maybe it will work?

Do you have a joystick or gamepad plugged in upside down on the floor?

I've done that.

I've done that.

Also, if you have a joypad/sitck plugged in and haven't calibrated it through Windows it can sometimes think the controls are non-0 even if they are at there rest potition. Just calibrate the joypad to eliminate this. If you're using the keyboard, it sounds like a key is stuck, or at least signaling.

Yes, it can also happen if the joystick is off-center when it is plugged in/computer is turned on.

Is it the fact that I didn't install it on C?

Nope.   You can install the game wherever you want however many times you want.
