Model Error HELP!!!!

I know that this isnt a modeling fourm but does anyone know what cause the errors in my model???

Well this is what it looks like while im working on it (its correct) is it some kind of smoothing problem???

might be a problem with smoothing, or an export / conversion problem. what did you do to achieve the result above? export it into another format or something similar?

Nope i made that myself, however i have a rather odd method for making it. I start with a line and a trace around the edges of the object, then i form the line to whatever im making then i add an edit poly modifier to it. Could that be why??

Try converting to editable mesh before export? Are you even exporting it, or is the broken screenshot from a render?

Its a broken screenshot from a renderer im not exporting it.
