Discovery Firing - Gif Animation

Hi, I just took one picture of my Discovery class and hand animated it.

Now I need your opinion:

1. Which of the three version looks best?

2. Is it fast enough on your browser?

3. Does it even look like the pulse phasers it's supposed to be?

my favourite is the first one.
for a pulsephaser they look a bit solid, i thought it should be torpedos first
i had no problems with the browser (ie)

1 and 4 look too big 4 pulse phasers 2 and 3 would be ok, they look the same 3 is about 10 kb smaller, id say 3

I think i like the first one pluss are those puls pasers or torpedos?

Thanks for the answers.

I think the size is ok, the Dicovery is rather small.
However I did them as I thought they would look.
I still need some reference pictures. I simply don't know by heart how they look exactly

About the solid thing: Do they need to be more transparent or less sharp?

And about torpedoes: They look like this when I do them (old 3d animation, not very good and not handanimated like the upper ones):

Quantum Torpedoes
Photon Torpedoes

I'll go find a pulse phaser image for reference now...
