Perhaps some of you have already played a SFC3 mod with that hugh badass ship called diamond star. I remember that I had once (long time ago) a ST:A2 mod with it, but I don't remember the name of the mod. Is there still a A2 model of the Diamond Star out there?

I think I know of the model  of a  ship you talking about It was called a Deamon Star. You fused eight Demon tooth ships to gether   to form a Demon Star. AFC had the  Ship in their downloads sections. I dont remember If  the models were  compatable with Fleet Ops  since Intergrate ships  commands were disabled. I may have the download on file  I just have to find it. AFC has it in their downloads section under the mods section  (demon tooth mod). kleotol of Apoc is the Author of this mod and It uses A1 textures  so they will have to be redone.According to the Text of the mod  it was made in 2001.

No the Diamond Star is a Starfleet battleship with the lenght of 2100m!

With a length of 2,100 Meteres  that would make it twice a as large as an Romulan Dedrix (1,041meteres). I seriously feel that such a  large ship  would  not be constructed  by the Fereration. At a lenght of  2,100 M for  the Diamond star it is too big,personal opinion  !  The  Galaxy  (at 685m)  is a better utalization of resourses. One could build three Galaxys or  three + Soverigns   for the resourses one of Thease (God ships) Levithians. In Klingon terms, at three times the size of a Neg'Var  I seriously think  one would last long in a battle . With the ajility of a Super tanker and the speed of  Molaseses up hill in winter  it makes  little sense to have one. Essentually you are talking about a floating starbase. However if it floats you boat so be it.

so rescale at practical size of max 1200 metres,it looks great give it sum class armaments,like quantum torpedos etc and it wud make a sweet battleship

Is it hard to convert ships from SFC3 to A2? The date of the readme is from 2003 and the autor is WickedZombie45. I first played it back in the days when I got SFC3 and installed the Dominion Wars mod ^^

But I'm really sure that I once had a A2 mod with the DS in it. Sadly I had a HDD crash and I can't remember which one it was
