Want to say something off topic? Something that has nothing to do with Trek? Post it here.

Right click the little power management icon in the corner and choose "Power Options", then pick one of the plans that you want to change and click on "Change Plan Settings" on the right, then choose "Change advanced power settings" after that a windows pops up with a dropdown list with a lot of options. Click on the little plus sign by "Processor Power Management" and then do the same thing with the option entitled "Maximum Processor State". Finally just set "On Battery" to whatever you think is right. Ik this works on my laptop and its older and idk about anyone elses, also i cant speak to how well this works because i have never tried it before.
