Yes, it does.
Those fast-looping gif animations that are not even optimized are a little bit annoying.
It could be done a little bit more decent in my opinion.

lol no i don't have a problem with any ones sig as long as its not uge, if moving sigs bother you so much just press fast reply and it stops them dead, i was just pointing out your sig as i thought it funney that you are moaning about them yet you have a moving sig your self

yea make the admin happy by keep the size of your signature images low (kb/px) -> goes to everybody
