All in one PC cases!!

Want to say something off topic? Something that has nothing to do with Trek? Post it here.

Does anyone know where I can buy an all in one PC case that actually looks good, like the msi windtops?  I want the case with nothing in it to build a decent desktop for my fiancee's parents.  All I have been able to find after weeks of searching on and off are crappy 17in-19in square monitors.  Ideally I want something that looks like this http://www.liliputing.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/msi-wind-top-ae2010.jpg

I am not sure that you can actually build those, if i am not mistaken they use mostly laptop components. You might be able to build one but it will considerably larger than the ones you can buy.

I know they use laptop components.  I've built laptops before as well as PC's.  I don't think it would be terribly difficult.  Its just finding the right screen.....or even the right case to attach to the right screen.

naw desktops are even easer to build.  my father built my family a desktop 10 years ago with an asus hard drive and msi motherboard, and an nvidia-geforce card(very old but still) .  I highly recommend these parts.  that old piece of junk could still run Fo last time I checked, and it can handle a 46in wide screen HD tv perfectly.

as far as aesthetics, you can pick up a gaming case off creags list, or amazon, really cheap.

With the BB kit, I'm paying for parts I won't use.  I'm thinking $150-250 USD for the monitor/case.  Its not for gaming, remember.  For the in-laws to be.  I mean it might run Company of Heroes but that's it as far as games.  Sony's old LS series was really nice too.  I can find cases but they're overly bulky, or if they look nice, they already have parts in them I won't use.  Acer makes a great HD monitor for $150 USD.  Any ideas of modding a small case onto a monitor?  Keep in mind I'm planning a wedding and am not loaded w/ spare cash at the moment.

Well, if it were me, I'd possibly have a crack at doing a custom job to mount a pc screen to the side of a traditional Desktop. Obviously screen and case choice would be pretty important.

However, not everyone has the ability to do a decent DIY job and I have never heard of All-in-One cases being available to buy so I dunno. Kinda pointless me posting really :)
