I've noticed that there has been a bit of chaos on the forum lately and I think there should be more rule enforcement.

DOC is busy and Optec is making the mod and Detektor is, well, I don't see him on much. I think that with the inervals between visits from Mods/Admins there should be someone to patrol the forum more frequently. Not that I'm saying the Admin/Mods don't take care of the forum, its just that some times chaos erupts and no ones there to control it, to remind people of the rules and enforce them in accordance. One of the frequent viewers on the forum should be promoted to Mod depending on actions, judgement, and neutrality.

If there is anything that should be done differently within this idea then I'm all ears.

Yes, but the German Fourm is seperate from the English Forum. They are frequent there but they are normally too busy to patrol here.

it has suggested befor, i remember one of the older members, somone whos an older member than i suggested ( 4 of 11 ) i think aduc suggested when he was here, i have offered befor in the past, doca, optec detektor and plectro don't go on these forums very often now, they are more concerned with the german forums, as you said it has not control except the natural life span of topics, i tried to bring in rules to help stop this all but it failed, not only that unless you know the link they are nolonger shown to people at the top.

What i purpose is that you have another two moderators, one from the pro kerrey and rfo side and one from the pro bush and rlf side, as you will never get a truely unbiased person on the forums.

i dont think that we can pick moniters as we pick suprem core justes.
it whood be nise tho to have some moniters. if we can all get along and wach awer own posts that whood be ideal.

the gole of the FO teem is to bild the FO mod wich that are doing a A++ job on eny thing that takes awhay from that is going to slow dawn the FO mod.

if we are all sival and and work to gether we can make this forum work. if some one gets off the beeton path sind tham a pm and let tham know.

we dont need to start this up a gin this kinda stuff drive the FO teem awhay. we are not going to start forum fites eny more if we won to keep this forum in english.

the gole of this tred is not to pont fingers but to figer out what can be dun about geting a moniter.


and i think if we can get along and moniter ower selves and consintrate on not fiteing and being frindly we mite evin convise the fo teem to take a grater intrest in Fleetops forum agin.

Its a good idea, the forum definitely needs a good team of moderators that are actually going to be on the forums each day and take an interest in what is being said on them, I’ve found the forum less appealing myself over the past few months there doesn't seem to be a topic that isn't ruined at some stage by a certain minority of members.

no i was saying, if you don't have any power to enforce it sending a pm does not work, people just ignor you.

thats trow but we dont have a moniter naw and may not get one.
so if we wont to keep this forum we need to start monitering ower selves not ech uther.

be cuss pepal dont all ways a grey one what thay consiter rong. so we need to just be as nise to one a nuther and respect full. uther wise you can say good by to fleetops. be cuss if i was running a form i did not like i whood deleet it. so to keep this from hapaning we all need to be on ower best behaver.

If we did get a mod it'd, as said before, be a netural one. Theres me but I'm too new, Nie, but too many enemies, DEFIANT, but on RLF side, ewm, but on RFO side.

I don't want to sound greedy or anything but I have been on two other forums, one of which for two years, and seen how the mods deal with such. Although the only netural one is me, and a few other people, I think we should hold a vote, host by DOC.

i think we need to ask the fo team to come back to the englsih forums a lot more, maybe that would solve the problems, they was not hear for atleats 3 or 4 days (thats the whole of the fo team, doca optec detektor and plectro and we really need them back.
