Forum posting visual problems...

I'm not sure, but it is happening quite often. First of all, there are those horizontal rules or borders that separate the forum posts, those disappear on and off. Second, the animated smilies are frozen at a single frame. Most of the time I hit refresh but it only partailly fixes it. Is it just my computer or do the servers sometimes run slow?

Current browser: Apple Safari (R)
Current Addons: Java (up to date), Adobe Flash Player, Quicktime Player, Shockwave Flash, Realplayer...

I have noticed this, and if you click quote when you arn't replying it bugges out. 

Also what is the /n/t/t/n/t thing in the upper left corner.

Doca said the forum was getting an update eventually--there are already quite a few posts on these issues over the years. The n/t/t/n/t issue was very well explained by S'klar in another thread.
