Wippien netiquette/symbolics

Maybe we could use the status icons to get clarity into the systemm.
May i suggest?:

Online: Ready to Play, just bring the games in!
Free for chat: I can talk with you, but im not in the mood/situation for playing
Extended Away: Playing right now, cant talk
Do not Disturb: Just leave me alone, ok?

what do you think about this signs?

Hmm, interesting idea, but I just log in when I want to play - and that's usually what I assume of others too . Most of the time that seems to be the case as well, that those who are on Wippien, are there because they want a game.

well, it was mostly meant for a way to show that you are gaming right now^^
but you're right, it would be better if people only ope it when they really want to play.(although i often let it open, too  )

I was hoping that maybe there'd be a thing to disable visibility of chat messages. That way you can just focus on your fleet without other people's conversations disturbing you when you don't want to read it.

Edit: (Woops... I thought this was for ingame... ^^')

I thought you didn't have wippien?  Seems spot on to me though - I hate it when I'm minimized while in game due to a message popping up, but then again, if it doesn't minimize me, I don't see the message until I'm done with the game
