Wippien contacts - and toms contact tool

Has anyone got this to work? If so, then I would like to see if adding the contacts via it on another machine stores them server side and they will get transferred to another computer if you log in somewhere else. Partly because my wippien recently F***** itself over and i can only use wippien accounts now.

So if we can get this to work, we could then have volunteers add contacts for new players. Obviously they would have to be trusted members of the community to be trusted with account details, but for anyone not wanting to add all 130 contacts manually and who couldnt get the contact tool to work it would be easier to get into online play.
