Sounds fun. as for the matches you say the maps get larger, i do hope that they will never be larger than 2 player maps. cos maps with more starting points than players make matches boring.

also i think that people should be able to put random race

anyways, i will enter

I will play as random if permitted, but if forced to choose for the whole tournament i will go safe with borg.

I see what you mean about the map situation so I have modified the rules to state that Duel.bzn will be the standard map.  As to the whole random thing thats not going to change.  This is to be a tournament of skill and so everyone should use the race they are most proficient as. also welcome to the tournament myleswolfers (Borg)

someone who is proficient at dominion may win then, when properly used the dominion are a powerful race. maybe feds could be banned as they are so strong lawl

Every race can be quite powerful when played well.  Also know that the reason Random is banned is the same reason why you choose 1 race for the entire tournament.  and thats to keep out arguments about getting a race your not that good with or constantly changing your race before the game because you don't like the way your chosen race fares against your opponents.

Hmm. Is building 6 generix supports with Shield recharge considered an exploit? If so, Romulans are by far the strongest race.

Put me as Sgt. Cortez on the list please. Playing Klingons.

6 Support Generix are not an exploit. Only if you build more. To get 6 generixes and shield recharge you need a bunch of tri, so go for the tri miners. They key against any Rom player is to be aggressive from the beginning on...if you are not you will likely loose.
