Just a curious question.  I'm wanting to start a 1v1 tournament that requires the use of the deep space setting.  What do you think about joining such a tournament?

Why don't you change your current tournament to include map height? I would certainly play it :) It would also make it different from funnys

Map height is used to add a third dimention to the game.  You can change the "height" of your units by pushing the shift key.

Stock Fleet-Ops does not support this, but stock A2 does and this mod adds it back in.

For some reason, the RTS_CFG.h file is not checked as part of the version assets and does not give you an incompatible game version error.  If you are using the mod and someone else isn't, it'll cause out-of-sync errors whenever you change the height.

It's fun to try to guess where the enemy is.  Especially when you see his/her scout right on top of your base but you can't find it.  Turtling is even less effective with map height.  Plus, you can build stations directly above/below other stations and resources.

It's probably most files that are not ODFs :)

There aren't any modified ODF or sprite files.
