Noxter

ok while ive been working on my Tyranid models i decided to port fo2 noxter over to fo3 now this is a direct port with only minor tweaks (gui) so things may seam unfinished (which they are as its pretty much alpha stage) and out of balance

i will eventually bring the race to meet more of the fo3 standards (the system display image for single select mainly) and attempt to rebalance (which wil be hard as im not really a gamer player)

You can download an older version of the Fleet Ops from here. It's the Beta 2 version - 95 Mb. It works without problem: http://www.armadafleetcommand.com/afc/m ... eA&show=10

The Noxter is included with other 4 races (Federation, Klingon, Borg, Romulan)

If you a fan of Wing Commander, you can find there the Nephilim , an insectoid race similar to the Noxter.

Thank you Blade. I keep hearing about the Noxter but I have never gotten an previous version with them to work. This worked without any problems. Now to figure out what all their stuff does.
