Well i took some time and changed the federation ships seen in shows to fire similar to those seen in shows ( galaxy class now fires a 4 torpedo salvo (and its special ability now hits 4 targets), intepid and excelsior class, ambassador and miranda 2 now fire a 2 torpedo salvo, for nebula class im not sure as i haven't incountered it yet but is should also fire a 4 torpedo salvo.)

I thing i would need ur opinion on is if a should bring down torpedo power so the salvo would do the same damage as a single torpedo did before or just leave it at default value ( which would i think increase the power of the ships).

The problem is that single torpedo on Akira does 13.896 damage which would mean that now that ship fires 4 torpedos to keep the balance 1 torpedo should do 3.474 damage and it would look lame that a ship fires a full burst of torpedos and they bearly scratch the surface of enemy ship.

This is the 5th release and probably the last. enjoy it.
The changes are:
Galaxy class fires a 4 torpedo burst / type 3 torpedos now hit 4 targets
Excelsior class fires 2 torpedos + 2 with passive ability
Ambassador now fires 2 torpedos
Akira now fires 4 torpedos
Intrepid fires 2 torpedos
Defiant fires a phaser burst as seen in shows + it has a central phaser.
Nebula fires a 4 torpedo burst
Federation remoore (i think) class now fires a 4 torpedo burst
Miranda-2 nowfires 2 torpedos, 2 quantum bursts and 1 phaser
Norway now fires 2 photon torpedos in assault mode

I'd keep it the same, raher than mae the cannons any weaker. Jus decrease the firerate a bit.

... nice idea  :thumbsup: gonna think that 1 trough might lead up to decreasing firepower a bit and increasing reload time.

I its just crazy enouf 2 work...

Multi-Firing Phasers.

In the heat of battle, numerous of a ship's phaser banks are used against the enemy, instead of just one.

This something that I have observed more than once, unfortunately the only example I can think of right now is Best of Both Worlds....

and voyager (when they got their main computer stolen ) and nemesis (when picard ordered to fire in all directions so he could find scimitar) but that should be a special ability added  in higher levels of veterancy because mostly 1 fed ship attacked 1 enemy ship even in large battles

the problem is i dont know how to make vs special weapon for a ship and add it to a ship

The ability to fire 360  Degrees  and strength of the beam  is Dependant on  if the phaser array is  a  turret type (TOS) where  a large emmitter is  located  on stategic points of the hull or a strip emmitter type where  you have a  long row of emmiters in a "Array" (TNG) galaxy  type set up.

This morning I tried the akira with 6.00 shot delay instead of 3.00 and 6.948 damage instead of 13.869.

The resoult was cool on my starbase but the romulans were reluctant 2 attack so i had 2 go 2 school. I'm also thinking to bring torpedo damage up to 7.940 to compensate for increased chance 2 miss.

Edit:

i've just found out that every ship has a different value ( example akira does 13.869 base damage, around 6 damage to borg adaptor, etc.) it will take me 1 year to do this if i do it on hand, so ill probably duble the reload time and that's it
