McKinley Yard

I'm wondering if anyone has a McKinley yard model i could use for a personal mod. i know there is a model in fleet ops but the texture is crap. Otherwise if anyone knows which texture files go with the yard i could re-texture myself. no luck figuring out which textures go with it. also Ive found McKinley yards with animations are super glitchy. i just want a stationary model no animations.

Thats the one giving me problems. it continuously plays the animation on fleet ops
