What can you tell us about the Steamrunner and its Refit?

Well, I'm kind of waiting for the mod support system to come out before continuing this project, but the Steamrunner refits will turn it from an artillery vessel to a full combat vessel.  The rest of the details are classified.

Okay, I'm pretty sure I got everything right, so why can't I build the ships!?
