Alternate Warpin Federation

This will be very similar to what TCR was doing except only the warpin classes(including the Steamrunner) are buildable and only from the Mckinley yard aswell. Yes their specials will be researchable as well as have avatar bonuses. There will be no avatar exclusive ships though just some alternate versions. Mixed tech wont be touched at all. Most of this I should be able to do on my own but the only help I will really need though is someone to modify the tooltips and do up an FO quality buildbutton for the Mckinley yard. I think I might be able to handle the shipimage adjustments but we will see.

Here is my remaining to-do list:
Make standard classes(Saber, Monsoon, Intrepid, etc...) the warpin vessels(marked with W in filenames)
Remove supply penalty from buildable versions
Make special weapons researchable
Tweak classes for avatar bonuses
Modify shipimages
Modify tooltips

This is what im thinking for avatar specific ship mods:
Risner:
Nova Refit (replace quantums with photons)
Steamrunner (replace tricobalt with 1 phaser and 1 photon)
Engine Nebula (builds pulse phaser turret then phaser turret)
Mayson:
Centaur (replace photon with quantum pulse)
Torp Nebula (replace photons with quantums)
Engine Nebula (builds quantum pulse turret then type 15 phaser turret)
Galaxy (replace photons with quantums)
Tuetoburg (replace photons with quantums)

As for the AI I replaced their build list(reduced numbers built for many too) as follows:
Excelsior = Saber/Excel2
Centaur = Monsoon
Steamrunner = Intrepid
Nova Refit = Nova
Torp Nebula = Akira
SWAC Nebula = Canavarl
Engine Nebula = Norway
Ambassador = Remoore
Galaxy = Defiant
Tuetoburg = Phalanx
Decent = Soveriegn
