Erm, have you even played stock A2 (without Fleet Ops)? It's very different to Fleet Ops.

This mod basically just imports Stock A2 into Fleet Ops. That's all.

Go play A2 without Fleet Ops. THAT is what it's going to be.

Well, there's this one problem of A2 not registering my CD, but Fleet Ops registers it just fine.  Oh, and I'm not working on it anymore.  Blade is.  When this "mod," or rather, "import" is released, I'm going to make a rebalanced version of it.

I would use this (attachednvm, I just realized I"m not on my own computer*facepalm*the logo pic in the extras folder of stock a2)logo for the 'screen shot'  :sweatdrop:  Maybe even with a "classic" text below it.

Also, I have a question.  Where do you put the mod icon, and what format do you use?  I keep getting a crash when I try to use the icon line myself. :(

The A2 CD has an ico file in the "Extras" folder I think.  It's called "Armada.ico".  Use that for the icon and rename the splash.bmp to "Armada.png" using paint and use that for the screenshot.  That's what I did while I was working on it.  I figured that I'd let Blade work on it since he is further along than I am.

Did they change the meaning of the word 'icon' and not tell me? Naturally, I'd think 'icon' when you mention the format of the icon.

I made two statements.  I said for the screenshot, he should use the logo in the stock extras folder.  In  addition I was asking where to put the .ico file when making a mod for the manager.  Sorry if I didn't make that more clear.

I figured it out anways.  For some reason FO didn't like my Icon format. :sweatdrop:

Edit: oh, and my previous post was refering to TCR, not you tyler. :sweatdrop:

My mistake... it would be better if the format was in the logo question, not the question about how to do the icon.

for those who dont know the ico file goes in the root directory of the mod (i guess u can define its location as well

gui tweak inorder to fit the extra ship select amount. still no fix for fo maps

Nice job.  Does the stock recycling system work for this mod?  Can you send a vessel through the Borg recycler and get a full refund verses getting a partial refund at any other shipyard?

borg are the nxt race to b tested but all the others seam 2 work fine (borg bit harder as there required to maim not kill to test there stuff lol)

I bought and played A1 and A2 on their release dates, tyvm.  He says he's going to import the files, then balance the game out.  Stock A2 wasn't really balanced.  FO changed some of the visuals and game mechanics but, to me, its largest triumph came in balancing the game.

After blade gets out the initial release, I'm going to start balancing it out.  Probably without ranks or passives at first.  But so far, it's looking very good.  Although I do have one question.

Blade, how do you intend on fixing the interface to support widescreen without the interface being stretched out like it is in the screenshots?
