A replacement for the stock Sovereign Class; a regular one (Mayson) and an armored one (Risner).

The P81 ship is used and the original Readme is included (Don't use that to try and get this ingame).

As the Texture files are (predictable) quite large, they will have to be done seperatly...

Mayson version first.

I'm loving it.... to me the Armored one looks better. But is all of this light maps or is there stock lights? If there is I'll have to remove them... :yucky: I hate those cruddy stock lights.

Stock P81 lightmaps? I've switched them with other versions I found several times, and added a few floodlights to the hull. Namely, 1 along the Nacelle Pylon, 1 on the Nacelle itself, 2 across the Engineering hull and a few over the Saucer Shuttlebay.

Basicly, it's an upgraded version of the stock lightmaps.

No no, I'm talking about with regards hps. Does it still have the stock floodlight hardpoints? Or those strobe light hardpoints? Those little annoying things that crash your flt ops if you don't have a modded sprite file?

I didn't find anything about strobe light hardpoints in the program I use to open SOD's.

for some reason my build button is gone now...everything seems to work just fine but the original button is gone. any ideas?

Are you sure it is related to this? It doesn't come with a blanked out Sovereign button or any changes to the sprites...

lol, I had actually done the same thing(or similar) with this model in a old stock copy of a2.  I used it as deploy able Armour, but for FO this is perfect.

I am quite sure yes. I had a build button before and now it's gone. I didn't do anything else that should have affected the souvereign....where could be the bug? I don't really know what lines are responisible for the buildbutton.

Tyler, have you ever asked people if it is ok for you to use their work, or do you just convert models as you please?
posted on October 18th, 2009, 2:18 pm
I don't convert, just use as they already are.

You may not have of directly converted it, but you are using models (and textures) which have been worked on by someone else, for a project, of which you've not asked about.
