P-Fleet Sovereign Class (3.0.7)

The Sovereign Class used in Star Wreck. I know the film only had one, but that wouldn't allow it to be used much... so it has a series of names (including the proper one).

Compared to the Federation version, it has the same Offensive Value, a lower Defensive Value and higher System Value.

I go the original from the Starbase 34 Compilation mod, so I don't have the original readme. I just listed the people instead.

Screenshots. Oh yeah, I think I forgot to remove the Auto-Destruct used in my game... If you don't use that, it may need removing.
