Mixed-Tech cap fix (FO 3.1.4)

Fixes the faulty mixed-tech cap that allows all MT-exclusive ships in 3.1.4 to be built without limit. Only compatible with Instant Action (single player), not multiplayer unless all player have the same fix.

maybe if all online players agreed to implement this then multiplayer versions would match. we would need an agreement before installing though.

Or we could just not go over the true limit. :D

Remember that the Etiquette section of the guide refers to known bugs that interfere with good gameplay  :thumbsup:

Does it fix just the limit, or the other mixed tech bugs too ?

What other bugs? I know only of the 'limit break'

Defiant cloak button is disabled for one.

Oh, that one. That's a techtree issue, not a MT-cap one.
