Galaxy Quantums (FO 3.2.4)

Gives the Galaxy Class Quantum torpedoes at veteran level, including the alternate fire-mode. Balance is unaltered, as only the appearance, sounds and tooltip have been changed.

Instructions:
1. Copy Galaxy Quantums.fpq into the main game directory.
2. Activate it in the options menu.
