How the starship registry thing works? I guess you have to define panels on the models where the number/name goes and the game just writes on it instead of using textures?

Quick run down
1) name the part of the mesh you want to have a ship name stlogo
2) in the ships odf you need to use the odf code logofilenames and you need to list the texture that contains the ship name this command swaps out the texture in the areas called stlogo it follows the same order as possiblecraftnames and you do need to define a texture for EVERY ship in your name list (best having a blank default oneto use while you do it)

This will increase the texture count but luckily fo4 can use the smaller dds and uses normal maps rather than bump maps

All file download links no longer exist.
I get either:
"Error 404 (Not Found" or "Page Not Found" messages.
I'm interested in having a look at that mod,..

Same here, Error 404. Page does not exist.

Kinda curious as I havent done much with FO in quite awhile. Got back into a couple old MMOs instead for awhile but I like to switch things up and would be very interested in seeing what you have come up with.
