Heres the files for those that just want to build the warp-in ships. All i've done is add the Mckinely yard to the mediterranean build list. There isn't an icon for it just click the gap between the turret palform and the back button. I know there was a thread about it not to long ago and another mod but that changes fleet caps and things this doesn't. Enjoy
Just paste them into your "data/odf/system folder"
