Veteran Limit

Does anyone know how to remove the Veteran Limit?

You go into the odf.fpq file and extract all_cap_veteran.odf. Open the text file and change maxcap to 9999. Then either add it back into odf.fpq, or create the folder Data/odf/system and leave the file there.

Thanks that worked. I've added the prometheus that's in the off lsit, but there's no build button. Have u missed something?

What prometheus? There's a prometheus in the Fleet Ops map editor but it isn't in the game, you can't build it anywhere.
