Star Trek: Invasion's Typhon and Valkyries

Hi there,

If anyone can help me with this that would be greatly appreciated.

Here is what I wanna do:

• Add the Typhon-class Carrier Starship to the Mayson Avatar
  
• Have the Typhon-class Carrier have the three types of Valkyries
  
• I have two versions of the Typhon-class Carrier: One is in launch mode which would have the fighters out and about. The other is in fortress mode which would have reinforced shields and weapons (with launch and hanger systems re-routed to both offensive and defensive systems).
  
• I'd like to use the replaceweapon feature to animate the change between the two modes of the Typhon-class Carrier.
  
• Of course the Typhon-class Carrier will have the Hanger passive ability
  
• Can I use a trigger to swap between the types of Valkyries that escort their carrier?
  
• Can I have the group of fighters randomly pick between the types for re-spawning when they are destroyed?

Fighters can be randomly picked or set to toggle. Togg would just have each mode with a seperate 'fighter spawn' file, while random would have the following code (unless they changed it):

replacement0class1 = "fed_valkyrie1"
replacement0class2 = "fed_valkyrie2"
replacement0class3 = "fed_valkyrie3"

You should just wait, its coming to FO soon.  There is already an unfinished model in the sod folder.

With the three types of Valkyries?
I have the odf files if the dev team want them for the stats. I have the sod files for the launch and fortress modes as well.

If nothing else, you can add the others your self.  I wouldn't be suprised if it used peregrines, but I would love to see a Flopped valkyrie.

On DS9 it would have launched lots of Defiants. 

I'd like to see the Valkyries as well. And the Sovereign's Sentinel-subtype.

Hey guys,

In the event that they just add the Typhon without the valkyries

Check out here, a rather accomplished modeler is making all 3 variations. I'm sure a port over to FO would only be a matter of asking for permission and some work in reducing the number of polys.
