Currently my mod is build on top of fleetoperation 3.2.7 , it don't work with the 4.0 loader, but maybe with some
adjustments it will.

Until now I had only a few problems whitch can be solved better with the 4.0 loader, but for extendet functions
in my mod, like the Terraforming projekt or a new type of Instant Action for the 31th Century I plan,
I had to write external tools which monitoring Armada 2 Game Events and switch for example between Ground and Space combat for the Terraforming Projekt.

I also work on a way to embed Armada 2 in another gui, it work but there are still some graphic glitches.

so i take it you couldnt for example add an odf command that allowed each ship to have its own specified cocoon (like how you can with shields)

For now I can't do this, I tried different ways to decompile armada 2 or make changes with a hex editor, all without much luck.
