Ships Scale Size

But the Voyager cubes were 3km.  The spheres were probably 1.5km.  I've only seen one episode of Voyager that had a 1km cube and that was Endgame.  TNG and First Contact seemed to have a 2km cube.  If you go by how big they appeared onscreen compared to the ships of known size.

What i've known so far was Spheres ~600m, Voy cubes ~1km, TNG cubes ~3km.

I wouldn't mind having a real scale for the ships, but very strong T3 units like the Defiant with the size slightly larger as a Bug (see Zaxxons picture) in comparison to huge battleships, i don't know

That is inacurate. According to DS9 episode "valiant", the defiant is twice as big!

The scaling on the Defiant class is very inconsistent. Here's a link to an article about inconsistencies regarding the Defiant, with a section for the scale.

I was referring to how they looked onscreen.  With the exception of Endgame having 1km cubes, Voyager had 3km cubes with about 1-1.5km spheres and TNG/First Contact had 2km cubes.  That's how they appeared onscreen.
