Replace Weapon Random Weighting

I'm trying to add a ship to the fed warpin, and i dont understand how to add it so that it is reasonably weighted. I want it to be about maybe a 66 percent chance that youll get 1 and a 33 percent chance that you'll get 2. (You know it just occured to me that you could use this to get random abilities for veterans) what sort of weightings do i add? do i add a new reeplacementX part or just classX part? and do i do anything with the position values? (its a destroyer type by the way)

Well, the weightings work by adding up: essentially if you have a chance of a nebula, excelsior and galaxy and the nebula has weight of 2, excelsior weight of 1, and galaxy weight of 1... the nebula has .5 chance, the excelsior .25 and the galaxy .25.

I figured out how everything else works, thanks for helping. I have another problem now: the ship i added has no wireframe, i took a picture, added it to wireframe10.tga in the right spot, added a wireframe reference and everything. Any ideas? the ship doesnt fire weapons either.

idk i never could get wireframes to work right build buttons worked but never wireframes. its easier to clone an existing ship than to create a whole new one.

Im doing that (sort of) and i fixed the weapons problem. Edit: i figured out what was wrong with my wireframe: i didnt update the alpha channel! *smacks forehead* thanks for you guys' help.
