Random Volley

I wanted to modify the Akira's weapons, to let it randomly shoot a volley of 2, 3 or 4 photon torpedoes.
I tried it with the initialShotDelayModifier but somehow I think its wrong for this purpose.
Is there a command available?

This command is not yet available in patch 326, that is why it is in the section that it is in
