question about tooltips

in the tooltips there are numbers for the Defensive and Offensive Value
what are the Symbols for the numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

I don't understand what you mean: the list there includes the hex code for all numbers 0-9, including all other features used in Fleet Ops
