I know this may be a silly question, but I haven't played the game in a while. I just reinstalled it.
I always try to add McKinley Yards because of more ships. But, when I go into the data file I don't see any file for the ODF's. Does anyone know why this might be the case?
Thanks.

a while back all the odfs were put in an archive, called odf.fpq
this archive can be opened and edited with the provided program fpqedit.exe

Thanks for the help! I do have one more question. Anytime I try to save a file on the FPQ edit it tells me that it can not create the file and that access is denied. Do you know why this might be?

nope. have you tried unsetting the read only attribute?
you'd be better off not editing the stock odf.fpq, make a new one and put it in a submod, then you keep online compatibility.
