Modifying the Fleet Operations Mod

So I was looking through the files of the FO and I noticed all the odf files were missing. Then I spotted the ODF.fpq file. I am assuming that this is where all the ODF files went. Can anyone recommend a good site where I can download the program that opens it. I would love to tinker. Thanks.

Heya, welcome. Yes the ODFs are packed into that .fpq file. There should be another file in the FO folder called "FPQEdit"? That is the program that will open the package (it has the usual file-open menu and then guide it to the fpq file. You can also extract ODFs from the package using it.
