Miniimages - Is there a max length?

I have a strange problem. In the attachment there are some entries for the miniimages. They work fine with the exception of "fsanfransiscoyard_ENT" which does not want to appear in game. The same happens with the buildbuttons. ALl of them are visible except of fsanfransiscoyard_ENT. The spelling of the ODF is correct, I already checked that a few times.

What could be the problem? Is there a max length of the ODF names and if an ODF is longer than that, various images won't appear ingame?

As far as I know there is no max length of ODF names - FO uses far longer names for both textures and ODFs :) .

Then any guess why only this particular station has problems with every picture? It works fine, builds ships, can be built without any problem, only the miniimage/buildbutton misses....

It's hard for me to examine things in a vacuum :). I can venture a guess that perhaps the miniimage or buildbutton is corrupt or the wrong file type. Have you tried using baseName to change the reference, or have changed the reference to another miniimage that is blank? There are many ways you can debug this with relatively little effort :).

I found the problem. The files are referring for the name of the SOD and not the ODF. So if an ODF has the "basename = XXX" string in it, you have to give the base name in miniimages.spr and gui_globa.spr files to make them work.
A very clever method because you can spare several entries like that :)
