increase swap file size

ok am tweaking my fleet ops and adding ship but says increase swap file size when i t goes to finish loading instant action,how do i fix? apart from obvious and remove the ship i am tryin to add

Check the odf and make sure no " symbols are missing or that you don't have 2 together. Shipnames, weapons and harpoints are the most common offenders.
