Yes there is, but you need to effectively make 5 copies of each ship and weapon ODF file. This is because the ranking system replaces a ship that has ranked-up with a better ship.

Ok, cool, i know how to mess with some of the odf files because i've change some ships stats before. So making changes to them shouldnt be an issue for me. But, do you think you can walk me through on what i need to do exactly?

Obviously its not just as simple as cutting and pasting 5 more copies of the ship, each with different stats. There's more to it, and thats the part i would need help with if you don't mind.

I`ve attempted to add the STA2 Classic mod as described above, and it appears in the FO`s Mod Settings. But when I try to load the mod I get a bug error and it crashes.

Help plz :(

This is what I get when I try to open the mod.

If I may, I have some questions for you to clarify anything I may have already missed.

  1. Can I safely assume your running Windows 7 (Or Vista)?
  2. Can I safely assume your running the Latest Version of Fleet Ops (3.2.7)?
  3. Can I safely assume you Installed Classic A2 Mod (1.2b) in the Mods Folder (which had to be created)?

If any of this is a No, please let me know since I assumed you did, but if If your not running the latest version of Fleet ops, you can download the latest version here. (also get the Multimedia Pack too it's awesome!)

If your not sure about the actual mod, please check here.

On a side note I play a weekly event with some friends over at UFPlanets, let me know if you need anymore help.

Thanks JCarill0!!!!

I was using the 1.2b mod instead of the 1.2d mod lol.

The game is working beautifully, minus a couple of UI issues, lol. But thank god for keybinds :)

Cheers

No problem, I am currently the Operation officer at UFPlanets. I am also trying to get in contact with the dev team here at fleet ops to perhaps host JOINT events between communities and get some active play time.

I should also contact the Mod developer for this as well.
