Hi,
I've seen here and in armada2 filefront.com models for the USS Incursion. supposedly, these models have a holographic stealth! Unfortunately, functioning none of these holographic stealth! Does anyone of you, how to create these holographic stealth??  In Armada II, there was the USS Incursion, but unfortunately these Ability don't functioning here!

Im not sure what you are saying language barriers bleh :) anyway are you saying that they dont seem to work inside FO. If thats the case maybe whatever command they use isnt working in FO.

That's good, I miss a functional version of this ship. Not that it ever worked even when the code wasn't broken... stupid paper-thin disguise.

Yeah...when an enemy sees a ship they can't control it kinda gives it away.

hey at least it can scout, cloaked scouts were so easy to detect with 1 cheap venture/sensor station and the cheap tacky-on grid which instantly makes them all visible (and hence dead). cloaked scouts were useless after the first tech station went up. they even gave u a free venture to start the game with if u wanted some mobile decloak. and ventures werent exactly expensive. if the enemy werent watching the ship nothing would fire at it.

I was talking mainly about the AI, which can fire on it when disguised.

who needs to scout the ai? just assume they are building ships randomly :P then sending them into your wall of turrets to die painfully. its about all they ever do.

My favorite method of killing them uses scouts; watch the base and attack when they're somewhere else.

I call it "The Jed approach", after a certain cowardly bastard on YouTube.

oh, i was wrong. i tried to use the holo generator on a vessel of my own team when i first tested it.
i now tried again on a enemy vessel and it worked as expected.
i tested the beheavior in my sta2 test 'mod' with the incursion and compared it with a stock installation.

I wonder if the incursion could be set up to obey enemy movement orders?

I was actually thinking about that one.  You could pretty easily blend into an enemy fleet if you set it to guard a ship in their fleet.  It would appear that it followed the enemy commands, but it is really just following the fleet.  I doubt that, if you disguised it as a low profile ship like a bug or something, a player would notice right away. ...that is, unless they are ram spammers, in which case, they would get pretty frustrated when they can't select their ship.
