Help Wanted: Tooltip maker

Okay....... I was kinda hoping I could do tooltips myself. But I can't due to the fact I can only do minor edits. I would like to know if there is anybody who can make working tooltips from scratch. Because basically a large barrier I'm given is the fact that I am not good at making tooltips.

Requirements:
- Good experience with 3.1+ tooltip editing.
- Some experience in translating concepts into descriptions.

You can post your experience and also any other areas you hold professionalism in. And I'll PM you on what I'll need your help with.

That I can understand... it can be quite frustrating.

Terms of Agreement:
- Payment is credit as well as the permission for release in other sites
- You may also be able to have some dictation of ideas (like what could be added)
- You may not share information on the project until completion and release.
- You may not commercially sell the material.
- All work must be provided through PM with a link to where uploaded (so that noone happens to get partials of it when under progress).
- If you are found highly efficient. You may be promoted with material of other projects all to be done under your own judgment and work. The projects given will be yours to dictate.

You can do tooltips its just tedius...Its also an aspect of modding and if your not willing to do the not so glitzy and glamourous aspects of modding then maybe you need to re-evaluate your concepts and work around it somehow.
